We do our best to work on all E Bikes, however we may be limited on electrical repairs, proprietary parts, and any troublesome designs. For example, we are very limited on things such as “Scooters” and single wheel boards. Your best bet is to call ahead, or stop by and allow us to determine the extent of what we can offer you. It’s a major problem here, and not 100% proof solution. While solid tires exist, they ruin the riding characteristics of your bike, have no grip, and can damage your wheel. We have other solutions available to our customers. Call and let’s discuss what options you have.

Absolutely! Save yourself the stress of a large box sitting outside your door while you are away. We will assemble and add any upgrades and accessories you request. Once complete, a quick call/text and you will be on your way at your convenience.

We offer this service to both regular and electric bikes to help give you some comfort beyond that of just having your bike built. Bikes tend to have a break-in period their 1st year, and sometimes user error can be part of the issue. This service helps make new riders feel comfortable and confident with reaching out to their local bikeshop for help. For less than the cost of our Essentials Tune Up, you can have your bike covered for the year.

We may be able to offer this service if arranged with prior notice. Call us and we can figure out a way to accommodate your needs. A two way fee will be included in the final cost dependent on total distance traveled.

While tubeless is our go-to set up. It’s not always best for all situations. The regular maintenance may be too messy and complicated for someone just doing the occasional fair weather ride. Give us a call and we can help you determine if it’s the right choice for you.

That’s a tough one. While many jobs can be considered quick and simple, the outcome can drag out jobs from a quick 10 to long 40 minutes. Reason being, additional walk in customers, pick ups, and phone ringing in the background. We ask our customers to have some patience with us and we will get them back on the road as quickly as possible.

We definitely can get your rack installed. Limited to the hitch receiver itself. Uhaul tends to be a common option for a receiver install. Once that’s ready, we can help you with the rack install and walk you though the bike loading process.

While we are no medical professionals, we can advise you on anything obviously set up on your bike for a poor experience. Sometimes it’s a trial and error process to get your bike set up just right. That said, bike fits are a thing and professional fitters have a deeper understanding of the human body and how it interacts with man made mechanical devices such as the bike. Give us a chance and we might just have the solution you are looking for.
